Ray Nozaki Profile
She studied under the dye artist Keisen Yamaura and pursued studies in color theory in Paris and London. After signing a design contract with a major kimono manufacturer, she launched her own brand.
She has made a name for herself as a kimono designer for leading actresses in film and television, including Ryoko Yonekura, Shima Iwashita, Miyuki Kawanaka, Azusa Mano, and AKB48.
She is renowned as one of Ginza’s leading designers.
